This Privacy Policy explains how M2P Gestão Empresarial LTDA ("ProLab", "we", "us") collects, uses, shares and protects your information when you use ProLab and its labs (SprayLab, StratLab, MajorLab, ConfigLab, CalloutLab) at m2p-pulse.com.br/prolab (the "Service"). ProLab is a free, fan-made project for Counter-Strike 2 players and is not affiliated with Valve.
1. Information we collect
Information you provide (account). ProLab offers an optional single login across all labs. When you sign in we collect:
- Your email address, when you sign in with an email magic link;
- Basic profile data (email, name and avatar) provided by Google or Discord, if you choose to sign in with them;
- A nickname you optionally set for your profile.
You can use most of ProLab without an account. The account only unlocks features that persist across devices.
Information stored on your device. The labs save your settings and progress (for example, spray configs, tactical boards, fantasy campaigns, quiz scores) in your browser's local storage. This data stays on your device and is not sent to our servers unless a feature explicitly syncs it to your account.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our servers and service providers record standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited and timestamps, for security and to operate the Service. We and third parties also use cookies and similar technologies, including for advertising (see Section 4).
2. How we use your information
- To authenticate you and keep you signed in across the labs;
- To store and display your profile and nickname;
- To operate, maintain, secure and improve the Service;
- To display advertising that keeps ProLab free;
- To comply with legal obligations and respond to your requests.
3. Third-party services
We rely on the following providers, which process data on our behalf or under their own policies:
- Supabase — authentication and database. Stores your account data (email, profile, nickname). See supabase.com/privacy.
- Google — AdSense (advertising), Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager (audience measurement), Google Sign-In and Google Fonts. See policies.google.com/privacy.
- Discord — optional sign-in. See discord.com/privacy.
These providers may store and process data on servers located outside Brazil. We do not sell your personal data.
4. Cookies, advertising and analytics
- Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.
- Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to ProLab and/or other sites on the Internet.
- You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. You can also opt out of some third-party vendors' use of cookies at aboutads.info/choices.
- For more on how Google uses data when you use our Service, see How Google uses information from sites that use its services.
- We also use Google Analytics (loaded through Google Tag Manager) to measure how the Service is used. This sets analytics cookies. You can opt out with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
You can also control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may prevent you from signing in.
5. Data retention
We keep your account data for as long as your account exists. Locally stored lab data remains on your device until you clear it. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time (see Section 7).
6. Your rights
Under Brazil's LGPD (Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados) and, where applicable, the EU/UK GDPR, you may request to: access your data; correct inaccurate data; delete or anonymize your data; obtain a portable copy; learn with whom your data is shared; and withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address in Section 9. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with Brazil's data protection authority (ANPD).
7. Children
Counter-Strike 2 is rated for mature audiences. ProLab is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
8. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
